The material i used is 22 and 18mm Okoume plywood. I only painted the surface of the worktop(s) high gloss white because i love contrasts and you can still see the nice color and layers of plywood. Mainly the layers because i wanted to accentuate the layered worktop.
On both sides you can slide out the underlying parts.. and use them!
In the left part i integrated a LED lightbox to trace drawings and on the right a cuttingmat, pencase, rulers and two cupholders. So you can build scale models for example.
