Università del Caffè di Trieste asked Acrobatik to design a coffee kit that would be used in the process of teaching their students how to distinguish the multiple aromas contained in coffee: jasmine, chocolate, rose, vanilla, grass... The kit included: aroma holders, aroma bottles, mouillettes and a scientific book.

The book explains everything a good sommelier should know about coffee (planting, harvesting, roasting and preparation) with a big focus on the aroma classification, the anatomy of the olfactory organ and brain as well as all the chemistry involved in the process of smelling and tasting. All the content was carefully studied and analyzed in order to provide a series of infographics for this specific project.
