Baa Bar Blacksheep is a new bar/cafe aimed at young artists. It also has a stage for performers, and a gallery for artists to showcase their work in the developmental stage. The brief needed a logo, poster, and ivitation design that appealed to this audience. The Idea was based around Mojo the sheep. Mojo has a third eye which is seen as the gate to a higher consciousness. I believe artist's and creative's have third eye's, and I chose the name Mojo to stay true to the spiritual theme. The tag line " Come get ya Mojo workin" has a sixties reference and is also linked to early blues bands who were the "black sheep" of the music scene. A balloon is attached to the invitation to interact with the recipient rather than just reading it. Baa Bar is a venue for artists to collaborate and discuss work so interacting with the invitation seemed appropriate.
