Materials for Summit Realty Group's annual Barn Bash included a commemorative poster this year, to mark the end of an era for the company. Several months later, the company was to sell to a larger, national commercial real estate firm.

The event was held in a hundred year old barn with two resident dogs who were included on both the guest list and the illustrated poster.

Barn Bash Digital Invitation
This invitation was sent via Outlook and the linked email generated an RSVP response.
The Event
The barn was decorated with battery operated LED lights and a custom "Barn Bash" sign was designed and fabricated to hang from the rafters. The Barn Bash is an annual event and the sign was a gift to the owners of the venue as a thank you. It remains permanently installed.
We brought in a stage, hired a Texas Swing band and a sound engineer for music. Through the evening, the band alternated with recorded tracks line dancing instructors used to teach everyone a few steps. Everyone danced all night and had a great time!
