We believe that all great discoveries and inventions of our time are based on the information generated with the data obtained in each research center. The data is the most important factors in the course of time and have valid today as it enables innovation in the investigation processes and development of new technologies. For this reason the project looks to search deep and show the main reason that allows us to enjoy many technological resources considered as BASIC nowadays. We propose a prototype of an investigation center that will gather data necessary for the development of new technologies. The objective is to have one investigation center in each district of the city allowing citizens to learn about the process of gathering information.
