The project aims at enabling better situational awareness through smart, humanizing and global approaches considering the future avionics environment. Through the visits, interviews with the expertise and secondary research we understood that situational awareness can be improved through a collective approach and not a specific problem troubleshooting.
The solution system is called SASGAS (Smart Augmented Reality and Sensory based Global Autonomous Systems) that includes a set of solutions catering to the pilot, ATC, ACC on system and product level. The aviation experts at ATC Ahmedabad, ATC Bangalore and from Airbus helped us with their useful insights on the scenarios.
