For my dissertation, I chose to focus on the topic of gender stereotypes in children's books. In response to my question, for my visual piece - I wrote the content, illustrated, printed and bound my own book featuring a story line which was gender neutral, aimed at children or parents/teachers to read to them.

To print the book, I used the risograph. The colours I used are bright and eye catching and I thought it gave the whole thing a nice aesthetic and definitely would appeal to the target audience.
