This is a Queen Anne Victorian in West Orange, NJ that I worked on.
I built new stairs and rails on a new concrete slab
A different angle.
I cut the caps off of the old rotted posts and attatched them to the new Cedar posts I made.
I replaced the rotted sills around the house where necessary
I installed an exhaust fan in the basement to pull air through the space.
I repaired the bases of the balcony columns because of carpenter ant damage.
