Through this project I created the Japan Olympic logo. We all share the desire to belong to something,a sense of global belonging and the hearth of community. I believe this is what my logos and the Olympics stand for. For only a few weeks every couple of years we can all come together and share in the success of our country's team. 

My Olympic logo is a symbol of two hands holding up the earth. This symbolises the world coming together from different backgrounds and races and belonging to a global community. I chose the origami style as it is symbolic of Tokyo's culture. 

My Paralympic logo is a symbol of two hands holding a hearth, this symbolise the hearth of the community and bringing everyone together peacefully.  I used the similar Japanese origami style to symbol people coming together in harmony.
