This campaign was for the Kansas City American Royal BBQ competition. Kansas City is known for their BBQ and the best of the best come here each year to compete. This design was based on the hand crafted art of bbq. I hand carved steaks, ribs, and chicken legs as well as BBQ tools to create festive stamps. I used butcher paper and bbq sauce as my ink and paper. I highlighted the areas with paint and then scanned the piece to create a smokey image to help bring this poster to life!!!
