Delightful Character design is an interesting series. The series was designed for a graphic design competition called National Art Contest in Taiwan. Contestants should create at least four characters in four hours. The meaning of this contest is to convey the joy and variation of graphic design.

The idea of the Delightful Character series is to present the joyfulness of different species, including human, spirit, whale and monkey. To convey the feeling of happiness, the color palette is very bright and colorful. The characters were designed with high details, each one containing many layers.
