Moh-Ddi-Men
is a character set designed from exploring and conceptualizing complex and abstract emotions into forms with distinct personalities. The name is generated from two terms, “moody men,” and the korean word for saying “what is this? (뭐지 = moh-ji).”
This is a project based on the idea of designing for the self rather than the more widely accepted concept of user-centric design. This was a personal exploration of discovering and solidifying a persona for my design approach and style. Slightly comical, unusual, colourful yet clean. The goal was to create an identity or a form to symbolize an abstract idea.
