The brief was to work with key end-users to understand the complexity of search criteria and design an easy to use solution that wouldn't impact on time, clicks or structure of the core site. Unified UI design and patterns; introducing improvements in grid, location of features and structure of tables. The project witnessed an overall uplift in the sites use and reduction in the time taken on high volume task.
