UX and UI approach for REALM PITCH 

Brief 
Realm owns a series of outlet stores with different brands offering very discounted products from past seasons stocks. 
They asked us to create a consistent template to be applied to all of their outlets.
It needed to feel alive and not static to promote the return of customers.

KPIs 
Increase the lead generation through sign-ups to their mailing list.
Make the most of the brands and their offers.
Increase traffic and repetition.

Solution
I designed a quite versatile template and leveraged the content to make it feel there's more to it than meets the eye, by adding a simple meganav menu, offering a new content structure and pondering its hierarchi.

We added a CTA component to join the mailing list and receive offers periodically, in the first fold on every single page. We also facilitate eCRM strategies with a simple form after submitting their email address.

To increase the weight of the brands I designed a dedicated brand page where they could manage offers and news independently with very low maintenance effort.
