Many people may know Chungking Mansions because of its notorious reputation for being ghetto and a hub for criminal activities. However over the years, there has been a remarkable development in the building and its surveillance, but despite these changes, many people in Hong Kong still see the building as a disruptive place. This short film captures the realities of Chungking Mansions while highlighting that the building is not a place of darkness and crime, but instead, it is a commercial hub for people from developing countries to make money, connections, and trade goods.
