Before establishing his own practice in early 2011, Hardik Gandhi was employed as Senior Designer and a Team Leader for Home furniture to well known Godrej Interio, Mumbai. His various achievements include a multiple “Exciting Design Award” for the Furniture Design category at "Godrej Interio" during his tenure for 5 years from 2005 to 2010.
