Recently I moved to Amsterdam and got inspired to create a typographic print of all things Amsterdam. The result is a poster with different typical things from Amsterdam forming each letter.

This first A is composed of a traditional Amsterdam building.

The letter M is made of a canal, complete with the green railing.

The S is made of a 'chocoladeletter' (chocolate letter), that is being hand out during Sinterklaas in the Netherlands.

I guess everybody that ever visited Amsterdam can help but notice it rains a lot around here. This umbrella forms the letter T.

This piece of cheese, and cheese slicer, form the E.

This bottle of Heineken beer, a wooden clog and a rainbow - what else? - form the letter R.

The letter D is composed of this half bike wheel.

This traditional windmill represents the second A.

The letter M is loosely based on the famous Rijksmuseum.
