St. Clement’s School
St. Clement’s School is a leading Toronto independent girls’ school for Grades 1 to 12. Founded in 1901 the School has a strong heritage with a sense of spirit and pride. This past year the School asked Underline to redesign and art direct the St. Clement’s School magazine Red Blazer. The school’s semi-annual publication has evolved over the years from a newsletter to a full magazine featuring department updates as well as student and alumni news. Underline created a new visual look and feel for the magazine designing all new layouts and art directing custom photography and illustrations. We commissioned the illustrator Rami Niemi to develop a series of spot illustrations to pepper throughout the magazine to offer a playful, dynamic and engaging element to the publication.
