The concept proposal of cultural, educational and recreation center on the territory of the unique archaeological monument Okhta Cape.
Idea is to create an interactive park where archaeologist can continue there work of researching the grounds, visitors can observe this process from the above. This will be achieved by the contraction of a dome with a hanging floors, corresponding to the areas of archaeological monuments. Dome structure should correspond to the archaeological quadrants in a scale. This dome will also host office and commercial spaces.
Fortress level and exhibition center with a stage witch also will have a function of a protection system from the wind.
