The challenge
In 2015, I was approached by a group of entrepreneurs with a challenge to create an app with the aim of bridging the gap between customers and companies to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.

This project recognised the power of customer-driven innovation as the primary source of fresh and innovative ideas. By leveraging customers' firsthand knowledge of their needs and frustrations, the app aimed to empower them to actively shape and enhance products and services.
The process
To define our approach, we conducted interviews with customers, as well as analysed existing apps. After that, we decided to create a structured idea capturing flow for easy categorisation and a Tinder-like mechanism for customers to choose their favourite ideas based on location and interests while providing opportunities for commenting and iterative enhancements.

Our primary objective was to facilitate seamless sharing and collaboration for customers while ensuring companies could easily digest and leverage the feedback generated. After testing some prototypes with users we reached a solid proposal and started pitching the idea to investors.

The design
The impact
Powered by thorough experimentation and research, we created a robust app with a compelling visual identity that resonated with users. Furthermore, the entrepreneurs succeeded in securing funding to enable the continuous evolution of the product. This advertisement is an example of one of their successful publicity campaigns.
