Concept and prototype development of an Android mobile app for a real client - P3 (http://p3.publico.pt/).

The project started by analysing the Google Analytics data of the website of P3 and the results of an inquiry to its readers.
This data was used to:
- describe the problem with detail (who are the users, which tasks they perform, the context, what are the desired functionalities, etc);
- to create the application conceptual model;
- to develop the personas.
Afterwards, it was defined the requirements that the application should fulfill and it was identified the functionalities that it should have.
Next, we started prototyping: from a simple and colourless version until a Hi-fi version that respected Android look and feel and P3's image - always testing: with users (including SUS's questionnaire), and performing an heuristic evaluation.
These activities helped finding the prototypes' fragilities and to conquer them.

The solution aims to be similar to a social network in which its users share their interests, personal (or professional) creative projects. The most popular publications can be featured in P3 itself.
