TEDxUniversityofPorto took place on February the 18th at FEUP and had 500 participants. It was organised by a team of 18 people that had the help of 40 volunteers during the event.
I was the person in charge of the image of the event - that was applied to almost everything ( from social media to the event app, check in signs and name tags) - I have also helped with the website and the stage design and illustrated some gifts for the speakers.
Oh, almost forgot to tell you that we had a little monkey as a mascot and as you can see in the next picture he has travelled to New York to meet his new family: the TED team. (Thank you for sending us this picture!)
