Color From Photo is a new website where you can find inspiring color swatches and download ASE files for free. There is a table where you can find the color codes for the most used color schemes (RGB, CMYK, Websave, HEX and RAL)
Separately there is a image and ASE file with the Pantone colors closest to the swatch.

An iPhone/iPad app that is an add on to this website is currently in the design face. (mock-up will be online soon)
