Rosetta Stone was a pioneer in the language business - they were the first to introduce learning a new language from the comfort of your own home from (way back then) an innovative CD. As of now, the brand has then stepped back and stopped 'growing' with society's technological innovations. In Dissolving Barriers - we aim to change that.
We realized that the world is in need of dissolving every barrier that reaches it's path. Society is fighting, protesting, misunderstanding each other - and this is all due to lack of communication. There's an important "domino effect" we discovered while concepting - Dissolving language barriers means dissolving cultural barriers, after this, once you are able to understand a culture, you become more accepting, tolerant, and open-minded.
By using the screens on the planes and GPS, Bluetooth, and CapCam (emerging tech), we're able to match and connect the passengers.

How the experience would go about in the plane's screen.
We realized not all passengers might want to fully interact with the other - this is why they're able to choose their level of interaction. It's noted that you might not want to speak loudly on a plane, or maybe would you want a stranger to see you - this is why you may choose from the simplest 'Text Only' option (where a computer automated voice will help with pronunciation), up to 'Live Stream' (where you may speak with the person you're paired with).
Using both current and emerging technology we were able to create a concept in which we can connect two passengers on two different flights that want to learn/teach each other a new language.
