I was commissioned to create 2 logos for an artisan woodworker for business cards and signage. The client had an idea in mind, so we worked collaboratively to come up with a unique design that was both personal and professional. The theme was slightly nautical, as Wester Ross Woodwork had premises on Gairloch Harbour, famous for its fishing heritage and stunning coastlines. The logos are based around the idea of a cross section of a boat, reflecting the sea and also the wooden structure. The smaller logo is to be developed as a stamp or metal crest that will be attached to bespoke furniture made by WRW.
As WRW was so remotely located, a van was the best form of advertising, so I created vinyl stickers specifically with this in mind.
