We had to improve the inconveniences of existing bookshelves in order to take advantage of the portability and storage requirements of the clients in the process of designing Smart Reading Desk. To do so, we added the function to hide the hinge inside of the bottom plate to increase portability by reducing weight and reduce the thickness to improve storage.
User convenience
The Smart Reading Desk has new function different from the existing reading unit. It is equipped with a slide to adjust the height of the book. The point that solves the needs of the client was put in a new function to adjust the elevation without the other reading desks, and the design which did not harm aesthetic was done. In addition, we fixed the height with the rear thumbscrew to emphasize convenience to the study.
