Farm empire, is a top performer on the danish casual game site www.komogvind.dk and playtopia.com

It has been the most played game on the site for more than a year. It is a clicker/idle game which is based on expanding profits made on livestock, corps, and industry. It is very easy to play and very addictive.

We have made 3 expansions in the form of new countries, that the player can toggle between. Each country consists of 36 animated game-buys, 36 managers, a background. and customized user interface. Along with a shop, where people can buy boosters that speed up certain processes.
When brainstorming on the theme I took notice to what my friends and family was playing on their phones and what theme/setting it took place in. I noticed how agriculture/farming was a popular theme among both sexes and on a wide age-span. Furthermore there was no suchs theme in the komogvind/playtopia catalog. Below is the initial sketch for the game and the approved look of the game.
The game features an animated characters. He explains the game mechanics in an on screen tutorial, where he points to the menus and buttons the player needs to press. He has a new outfit for each country.
The games main country background, switches seasons. This was one of the "Nice to have"-features, that was implemented at the end of the first production. Other countries like the arctiv regions, features animated aurora.
