DANCE FLOOR | PHOTOBOOK

I am Currently working on a Photobook Project that is called “Dance Floor” which is a combination of 13 family photographs of my grandparents in which they have the same dance patterns.
The flip-book-like structure of Dance Floor aims an interaction through the various amounts of combinations offered to the participant.
On March 21, I have left the prototype II near the Starcbucks Coffee Shop in FB Building to have a public opinion about my work.
In addition to my Photobook Prototype, I add some notepaper, a pen and an envelope to collect public comments.
Right next to my work, I added a short note to simply summarize what I am working on.
In one week time, I have checked the envelope regularly and each comment was very inspiring for me. By the end of the week, I have a variety of feedback from random strangers. I will keep the prototype there for a little longer, since the Starbucks personnel was very happy and surprised by the prototype being interesting for so many people.
