Bushido
This is the result of a just-for-fun photoshoot with some friends.
We came up with this idea to put a dark spin on the Geisha aesthetic.
The lighting was fantastic, which contributed to the quality of the source imagery. My role during the actual shoot was simply to help out with the setup, and provide the space. Post-production is my forte, so I went to town, adding an explosive paint effect, and incorporated some traditional-style Japanese wood-prints as shillouettes and splashes thrughout. (Some of them more apparent than others, so look closely)
