Six tables guarded by a green greyhound in a quiet pedestrian street. A gastronomic project that decides to grow from a cuisine based on product and local specialties opened to influences. An honest restoration concept with himself and his environment. A bustling restaurant at times that houses a quiet kitchen where the truly important always happens on the plate.
