(Castle, Pedistal, and Candlestand)
All items made in 3DS max using a variety of shapes and edible poly to adjust items to what i need them to be.
Castle made by starting with two squares that would make up the base and the top for the upper spikes of the keep. Once the base was set i used the slice plane under polygon to create the walls on the roof and then created spikes on the walls. Spires made by taking a cylinder and using edible poly to make the odd looking edges, same techniques used ofr little spires on top. Doors/side designs made by using the line tool and edible poly to make doors and designs and give them depth. Spikes made by placing cones and enlrging them.
Candlestand made by placing two flat cylinders as the base and attaching two curved cylinders to make a base. Then a tall cylinder was placed on the center of the base and two more flat cylinders were placed at the top to create another base for the torch thing.
Pedistal was created by placing a flat and wide cylinder as the base and upper base. Four squares, modified by rounding them out, were placed as the supporting coloumns between the upper and lower base. A tube was placed to run through the upper base and end at the top of the lower bse to lock out the negative space between the support areas. A cone was put inside the tube to support the circle on top of said cone.
