WELCOME HOME POSTER CONTEST
Welcome Home contest was organized by the Association of Applied Artists and Designers of the BiH ULUPUBIH framework of the Sarajevo Winter Festival, with the support of the Gallery Collegium Artisticum, or the Center for Culture Sarajevo Canton. The jury were Professor. Dalida Karic Hadžiahmetović, Dejan Slavuljica and director of the Sarajevo Winter Festival, Ibrahim Spahic.
My two posters were selected for the exibition which took place in the organization ULUPUBIH within the Sarajevo Winter Festival with the support of the Gallery Collegium Artisticum.
The project explores the personal impressions, caused by socio-political influence and the resulting population movements, changes of residence, departures and returns, migration, exile, persecution, displacement of people from the context of the established location and identity through visual comment reduced in limited form one medium - posters.
In a world of global structure concept house, home (Home) changes the meaning and significance. Forced to various pressures, natural and civilization disasters and numerous motifs large number of people has historically been forced to change residence and permanent residence.
The exibtions starts on Monday 27 February 2017 Collegium Artisticum, Sarajevo.
