Logo and identity
MOC is an online shop with focus on high quality toys and interior design for children founded by Malin Brilioth and Cecilia Broman. The name ’MOC’ derives from the founders first names, Malin & Cecilia. In Swedish: ’Malin Och Cecilia’.
There are a vast number of children's shops out there. We wanted to make an identity that took a step away from traditional children’s themes, like bright colours and geometric shapes. The fact that children's toys are almost always bought as gifts inspired us to let the name MOC form a ribbon on top of a gift package.
The logo is primarily used in black combined with three different colours and gold for special occations. Pastel versions of those colours will be used for the website. The logo is used for giveaways and for gift wrapping like silk paper, tape and stickers. The business cards are letterpress printed on 600 gsm paper.
