Logo and printed matter
The Swedish Institute contacted us for an update of their logo. We suggested a total redesign with a new graphic logo conveying a Scandinavian simplicity. We added colorful imagery in the print material. We made the dot of the ”i” travel a bit placing it in front of the logo. In this way we also avoided to make the logo be read as ”Sí”, ”Yes” in Spanish. We used Sabon to contrast with the logo. The logo has been redesigned since we drew it and a different graphic approach is in use today. But this original idea with the Si is now significant for the Swedish Institute and Institut Suédois in Paris.
