Who-ified First Lines in British Literature

WHO-IFIED BRITISH LITERATURE CLASSICS

The idea was to combine famous first lines of (British) novels, with the UK produced Doctor Who. While I have used visual elements (the TARDIS, the Rassilon logo, etc), I have tried to focus on the typographical aspects of the work.

Tshirts, posters, stickers and greeting cards are available for purchase on my Redbubble account.

The original quotes are:

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife.
Pride and Prejudice (Jane Austen)

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…
A Tale of Two Cities (Charles Dickens)

It was a bight cold day in April and the clocks were striking thirteen.
1984 (George Orwell)

Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again.
Rebecca (Daphne du Maurier)
