A Re-design of StackShare website as the Lead Product Designer.
OVERVIEW
Stackshare hired me to lead the product design for their redesign of their online platform. StackShare online platform helps connect companies and the tools they are using to users, so users are able to see what companies are using what tools.
PROBLEM
The founder approached me to re-design reduce their high churn rate and improve customer rentention. I spent a week interviewing various developer, and understanding the end-user before I came to the following problems:
• Users were unable to find the information they were looking for
• New users felt overwhelmed at the huge selection of information
• Users did not understand how the platform works
