Al Scene is a new online magazine created by MO4 Network that sheds the light on controversial stories all over Egypt and the region, After Cairo Scene's (MO4's English online magazine) success, MO4 wanted to cater to a wider segment of audience presenting stories that resonate with the masses.
I wanted to showcase the journalist perspective and the lengths they go to in order to get their story, I wanted to immerse the viewers making them part of the stories that are being uncovered.
We have decided to create a vertical orientation video that once opened in full screen on your phone would instantly make you feel like that you are part of the video, the video is shot with raw sounds, and ambience for maximum authenticity with mini stories unfolding seamlessly as a sort of a teaser about the stuff you will read in the magazine itself.
In the first 24 hours the video has reached an organic viewership of almost 100K and has helped the page reach 12k fans.
