Assignment #004 - Calculator

I saw a lot of numeric calculators so I decided to do something different. This is a restaurant gratuity or tip calculator. You enter the amount on the check and use the slider or tap on the numbers to choose a percentage to tip. Additionally you can split the tip between several persons using the arrows or directly typing the number of persons.
