Portfolio Night the largest advertising portfolio review in the world, unites the entire advertising industry in each participating city. On May 23, 2012 Portfolio Night was held at PS Agency in Stockholm where I did my internship for 7 months.
Portfolio Night was a unique opportunity for students to meet and get feedback on their work from Swedens most renowned Creative Directors. For the Creative Directors Portfolio Night was a chance to give back to the industry as well as spot the next trend or find a new employee.
My role
During this project I operated as Project Manager/ Producer. I was responsible for start-up, dividing assignments among the work group, maintaining daily contact with Ihaveanidea's offices in Montreal and London, marketing in the form of: promo video, flyers, invitations, interviewing Creative Directors, Facebook and twitter account, case video and most important making sure that we had enough CDs and students attending the day.
The event was a huge success and about 33 Creative Directors and turned up and an article was posted in the swedish magazine Resumé.
