Museum of the Doomed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of PRL. Mokotów in Warsaw, Poland. Competition entry.
On the site of former jail, which throughout history was the place of torture and political interrogration. Our proposal was to surround existing cubatures by a forest, which was a hidding place for Doomed Soldiers. By this intervention we hope, that rough history of buildings will be underlined and in tandem we will create a new public space near the center of the city of Warsaw. All new objects are covered by the forest and interconnected with jail's exhibtion spaces. By new volumes we created an access to this exhibition.
