The purpose of this assignment was to design an app that helped solve a "first world problem." I created an app called Flick Pick that helped the user to choose a movie to watch.

Users are able to log in with three services (Netflix, Lightbox and Neon). From there they are able to browse genres and movies as well as having access to reviews.

I chose to have a gender neutral colour theme so that the app could appeal to anyone. My design as a whole focused on large buttons and bold icons to enhance user experience.
