Bifold Brochure Design
I designed this in 2016 as a booklet with detachable fillable form that was also available to fill in as a PDF from APA's website at the time, but would also be mailed to international members. Updates have since rendered this particular version obsolete, but newer versions have been based on this original design.
We are often asked to fill in forms but more often than not, these forms are uncomfortable to read, lack enough space to properly fill-in and can be confusing to follow. During the design of this project, I focused especially on making sure this form had none of those issues. I believe it was a success, for although changes have happened since 2016, it is still, for the most part, this original design. :)
