Branding direction for the new Van Ness residence and office space in Boston. Inspired by the intersection of old and new in Boston, I drew upon the old ivy-covered walls in and around the city, and the modern LEED-certified Van Ness building rising in the Fenway neighborhood. The property itself has several green spaces inside and out.
