First step: explore the unemployment rate in Serbia, especially in Belgrade;
see the statistic of women employment in IT sector
find a way to include women in IT and ICT industry
Second step: research all of the relevant documents and strategies to understand the problems of the topic ''Women in IT and ICT''
create an overall goal, specific objectives and results
design project activities
Third step: find the relevant participants and integrate them into the project
assume the possible outcomes of the project
find relevant financial sources and see what is the final budget of the project
map the activities on location
Fourth step: descriptive and visually present one of the main activities of the project - creation of the HUBbub (which include co-working & playing community)
