In an effort to solve the wicked problem of food waste around the world, we attempted to start small and solve it for the Syracuse area. Starting in a group of 5 designers, and then breaking off into small groups within that group, we culminated research by holding user interviews, speaking with restaurant managers, and even using UserTesting.com, a great new tool we discovered for getting realtime feedback from real, potential users.
