The Tiffany brand extension project provides an overview of the company in terms of product mix, target market, channels of distribution, revenue and sales volume, competitors, current promotional activities, and expenditure.
Since the brand has expanded its wings completely when it comes to jewelry, keeping in mind Tiffany's loyal customer base, we propose a new category of products - bridal gowns.
A market analysis (SWOT and PEST, perception map, product mix, and distribution), target consumer (demographic and psychographic segmentation, profile) and strategies for proposed extension (bridal range, distribution channels, store layout, services, promotional strategies, and marketing have been included in the proposed extension.
