When the developer of the Zielone Tarasy Housing Estate visited us for the first time, construction works were actually almost over. The visual identification, the website, and sales materials had already been prepared by another agency. Unfortunately,
no purchaser had been found for any apartment yet.

Our task was to reverse this process and to stimulate the sale of apartments. There was little time to do this. We had to build
a new brand and start a promotional campaign within one month. Two months later, thanks to our intensive activity, almost all        apartments were sold.The last apartment found its owner after six months from the start of the campaign. This is how actions       can translate into the profitability of the investment!
