"Reality is a lovely place, but I wouldn't wanna live there" - The Real World by Owl City
I hand embroidered these lyrics into a denim shirt, a simple experiment between combining typography onto a real-world object. These lyrics have been pretty important to me for a good proportion of my life growing up and posting art online. Embroidery and typography in this style are relatively new to me but I'd love to try more of it. Detail shots below. Project took around a month to complete while working on it between projects.
