#1 Collage
I have used these pictures in my collage because they show a few things i enjoy or have enjoyed in my lifetime. These pictures consist of video games and their characters, t.v programs, computer programs, movies, anime among other things. These pictures hold a close place to my heart and have shaped who I am today.
#2 Anatomy of Typeface
In this project i used a serif font and cut and labeled each part of the letters listed in the "Anatomy of Typeface." I used blue in this project because I feel it is a colour that meshes well with black. I also darkened my name in the background around the edges to create a border of sorts.
#3 Clipping Mask
In this project I chose the theme of shows. I also included anime as it is a big portion of the shows that I watch. And I also chose words like ambition, death, and power because they are what build and help add "flavour" to said shows. The pictures used in this project art mainly from Game of Thrones, and Shokugeki no Soma, along with other various types of anime and T.V. shows.
#4 Mini Olympics Design
#5 Colouring Page
For this project i downloaded a colouring page off of the internet and took the colours from another picture then proceeded to colour and shade the existing colouring page. I chose Aladdin because it is one of my favourite Disney movies and holds a special place in my heart from my childhood.
#6 Texture Layout
For this project, instead of getting pictures from the internet. I took the photos myself and placed "filters" over them using photoshop. Then I went into InDesign and arranged them so all of the colours blended in together and not one colour was overpowering the others.
#7 Digital Painting
For this project I used the brush tool and changed the opacity and flow while also using a tablet to simulate real painting as close as possible. I chose this picture because I believed that the gradients were very visually pleasing.
