Much of my professional career has involved manipulating images but other than a point and shoot, I didn't know how to use a camera. I started taking photos with a DSLR about three years ago because I wanted to understand the process of what happens when you take a picture. My dad was a photographer and I have countless friends who are professional shooters.
I shot the images on this page while learning how to use the camera. I never imagined that I would enjoy taking photos so much but I do. The camera is always with me, most of the time riding shotgun. Unless I am pressed for time, stopping to take a few shots the norm.
